SHIPPING POLICY

For any book or other printed resource purchased through our site, we aim to have it shipped within the timeframe allotted by the shipping option the customer has chosen. This is typically 5 to 7 business days for regular shipping and 1 to 3 days for expedited shipping. If there is a delay in shipping time, the customer will be contacted.

REFUND POLICY

For books and resources, all sales are final. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so that we so we can send you a replacement. For courses and seminars, we require at least 7 days notice for cancellation in order to obtain a refund. Cancellation fees may apply.
